Shipping.

Where do I ship to?

I currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

If your country is not listed, please email me at art.michaelmcclelland@gmail.com and I will do what I can to assist with shipping options.

Processing times

Once you submit your order, I will process and send your order within 3-5 business days.

How are orders sent?

All parcels are sent via Australia Post with a tracking number. All items are insured through Australia Post’s Extra Cover.

How long do orders take to arrive?

Once shipped, Australian orders typically arrive in 2 to 4 business days for metropolitan areas. Postage to rural areas may take longer. International orders vary from 5 to 15 business days.

These timeframes may be affected by weather conditions, COVID, seasonal increases in mail volume and other unforeseen events.

Can I ‘click and collect’ my item?

No. Unfortunately all orders must be delivered as my studio is not equipped to service customers.

Do you sell prints?

Currently I only sell original artworks. Please stay tuned though as I may sell prints in the future!

How are orders packaged?

All paintings are carefully wrapped in tissue paper, protective bubble wrap and cardboard before being shipped.

Returns and refunds.

I do my best to satisfy my customers and ensure that your orders are delivered to you safely and undamaged. If there is a problem with your product, please contact me at art.michaelmcclelland@gmail.com as soon as you are aware of the problem.

Returns

You may return your product if it:

  • is faulty;

  • doesn't match the product description; or

  • is unfit for its intended purpose.

I do not accept returns if you:

  • changed your mind and no longer want the product;

  • ordered the wrong product;

  • were aware, or should reasonably have been aware, of the relevant fault before buying the product;

  • damaged the product yourself; or

  • have used the product and there is a problem with the product as a result of usual wear and tear.

Exchanges and replacements

I cannot offer exchanges or replacements for original artworks as they are each unique items.

Refunds

When returning your order, please ensure it is repackaged suitably to prevent further damage. I will notify you via email once your return has been received. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed.

Return shipping

When returning a faulty product, you must send the product back to me within 10 business days of when you received the product.

You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please consider purchasing shipping insurance and using a trackable shipping service. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
